H.265 video quality is supposed to be at least as good as H.264 with the advantage of smaller file sizes. Unfortunately, we're not in a position to pass judgment yet because we can't get some H.265 files to play with VLC Media player or other video player apps. How to transcode H.265 video for playing wih VLC Player on Windows 10?
Step 1. Load H.265 videos
